Why don't you have prices on your webite?
Since every order is unique, we prefer to have you fill out our custom quote form. This helps us to better determine what it is that you need and we can give you the best price possible instead of a random quote.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, business check or Money order. All internet orders must be paid in full before production begins.
What if my order is wrong?
At QualiTEES, we make every effort to send out complete and correct orders. Before your order is started, you will have the opportunity to approve a proof and confirm that the garment sizes are correct. We do not assume the responsibility for printed garments when the final proof has been approved.
How long does it take to get my order?
Our normal turn around time is 2 weeks. This is typical of most orders. If we need to do any design work or modifications to your design or logo to prepare it, the two weeks will start after you have made a final approval on the artwork.
This time frame does not include the time it will take to ship your product to you.
How do I know if the size I choose will fit me? Being able to outfit an entire group is essential! With our tremendous range of sizing, no one gets left out.
